2. Purpose and activity. beWinkle carries on the business of hiring out campervans and providing services ancillary to that hire. This website offers information about the fleet, rates and conditions, and allows bookings to be made and the customer relationship to be managed.
3. Conditions of access and use. Accessing and browsing this website confers the status of user and implies full acceptance, without reservation, of each and every provision of this Legal Notice. The user undertakes to make proper and lawful use of the website and its contents, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order, and not to use them for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to the rights and interests of third parties.

For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the courts of the user’s domicile where the user is a consumer; in all other cases, to the courts of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
